When you contact us — by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the quote form on this site — you share details such as your name, phone number, suburb and a description of the job. We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the work.
How the quote form works
The quote form on this website does not store your details on a server. It opens WhatsApp on your own device with a pre-filled message, which you review and send yourself. Your information travels directly from you to us via WhatsApp (or email, if you choose that route).
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your details are seen only by B&D Maintenance for the purpose of your enquiry or job.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 072 219 8563 or info@bndmaintenance.co.za and we will assist. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
